2. Complete the private post-purchase intake. We send the secure intake instructions to the email used at checkout.

4. Receive the complete edition. Delivery is normally completed within 3–5 business days after your intake is complete and confirmed.

Corrections and cancellations

You may request a full cancellation before we confirm that production has begun. Once bespoke work begins, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the work completed, the reason for the request, and any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Production errors, non-delivery, inaccessible files, and material differences from the published description will be corrected, replaced, completed, or refunded as appropriate.
