Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

The Seven-Day Rhythm Edition is a personalized digital service. No physical item is shipped, so there are no postage, tracking, customs, or import charges.

Delivery timeframe

Your edition is normally delivered within 3–5 business days after: (1) payment is confirmed, (2) the complete post-purchase intake is received, and (3) we confirm that the information required for production is complete. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.

Incomplete or changed information

If information is missing, inconsistent, or later changed, we will pause the delivery clock and contact you using the email address on the order. A new birth time, birth place, start date, recipient, language, or primary focus may require a revised delivery date or a paid remake; we will explain this before additional work begins.

How delivery works

We send the personalized files or a secure access link to the email address used at checkout. Please check spam, promotions, and filtered folders. For privacy, we may ask you to verify the order before resending a personalized file.

Delivery problems

If the stated delivery window has passed, or a file or link does not open, use our Connect page or reply to your order confirmation with your order number. Do not include full birth information in the first message. We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend, replace, complete, or refund the affected delivery in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Future physical products

If CHRONOSIGHT later offers a physical edition, its product page will state separate shipping, customs, and return terms. Those terms do not apply to the current personalized digital edition.
